Fort Recovery's own Alex Meiring will visit the Fort Recovery Library on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 7:00 PM to share his experiences investigating paranormal activity. 

Take advantage of early release at school and enjoy a holiday activity before the hustle and bustle of the season begins. 

Mandy Martin, a naturalist for the Darke County Parks, will be at the Library on Tuesday, October 29th at 6:00 PM to give a special presentation about Monarch Butterflies. Come listen to this free presentation and learn more about these magnificent, and delicate creatures.

The Mercer County Council on Aging (MCCOA) will be available at the Library by appointment Tuesday, November 12th from 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM to discuss Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan Comparisons.

Come and shop for Christmas at the Library! The Scholastic Book Fair will be open at the Library Monday, November 11th - Sunday, November 17th. 

The Friends of the Library will be hosting a Pumpkin Painting evening at the Fort Recovery Public Library on Tuesday, October 8th. There will be three sessions for patrons to choose from, and the cost for the event is $1.00 per child. There is no charge for members of the Friends of the Library. Each session runs for 45 minutes and the beginning times are 4:30 PM, 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

The public is invited to visit the Fort Recovery Public Library on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, anytime between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to meet with members of the Mercer County Board of Elections. Patrons can register to vote, update an address, and view one of the new voting machines to be used in Mercer County. No registration is required.
