The Library will close at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 17th to allow our staff time to prepare for the Summer Reading Program Finale at Ambassador Pool Park. Join us at 5:00 PM at the Cooper Brothers Park Pavilion behind Ambassador Pool for our Finale to "A Universe of Stories". Participants and their families are invited to swim at the pool at no charge after 6:00 PM. Thanks to everyone that made our pool party a terrific success!

The public is invited to visit the Fort Recovery Public Library on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, anytime between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to meet with members of the Mercer County Board of Elections. Patrons can register to vote, update an address, and view one of the new voting machines to be used in Mercer County. No registration is required. The Friends of the Library will be hosting a Pumpkin Painting evening at the Fort Recovery Public Library on Tuesday, October 8th. There will be three sessions for patrons to choose from, and the cost for the event is $1.00 per child. There is no charge for members of the Friends of the Library. Each session runs for 45 minutes and the beginning times are 4:30 PM, 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
The Mercer County Council on Aging (MCCOA) will be available at the Library by appointment Tuesday, November 12th from 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM to discuss Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan Comparisons.
