The 8th Annual Fort Festival of Trees is being held at the Fort Recovery Public Library December 3, 2012 through December 31, 2012 during normal business hours. Twenty-eight Christmas Trees sponsored by local families and businesses will be on display at the library for public viewing. Patrons can vote for their favorite tree. The Friends of the Library is hosting a Pumpkin Painting for children, Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at the library. There will be two sessions: Session 1: 6:00 - 6:45 PM; Session 2: 7:00 - 7:45 PM. Letterboxing for Kids - A Low-Tech Treasure Hunt: Discover how letterboxing started and how you can involve the family. Program will be hosted by the Friends of the Library on Tues., Nov. 11, 6:30 pm at the library. Also learn how to make your own stamp, the artistic aspect of the letterboxing experience. We're Frozen! Come join us for a "Frozen" party Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the Library from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. There will be crafts, games, a sing- along and lots of fun! The cost for this event is $1.00 per child. There is no charge for Friends of the Library members.
