Story Time

Babies through preschool aged children and a parent or guardian are invited to join us for Story Time at the Library. Story Times are held Tuesdays at 6:15 PM and Fridays at 10:30 AM, October through April. A full calendar is available for upcoming Story Times. No registration is required.

Pumpkin Painting

The Friends of the Library is once again sponsoring pumpkin painting for kids. The cost is $2.00 per person and all supplies are provided. Group size will be limited due to COVID restrictions, so multiple times are available. Pre-registration is required. Call 419-375-2869 to register your small group for a session on Tuesday, October 6, Saturday, October 10, or Tuesday, October 13.

The Library's Music Time program for babies and preschool-age children, accompanied by a parent or guardian, will be offered again on Wednesdays at 10:30 AM beginning Wednesday, October 14, 2020. This 4-week program includes finger plays, music, and movement, for both the child independently and parent/child interaction. Anyone is welcome to attend this free program. Scholastic Book Fair

Come and shop for Christmas at the Library! The Scholastic Book Fair will be open at the Library Monday, November 9th - Saturday, November 14th. Books can also be purchased during the Community Christmas Open House on Sunday, November 15th. Support the Friends of the Library through this fundraiser and get great gifts for Christmas.

The 18th Annual Fort Festival of Trees is going on now at the Library! Come see the beautifully decorated Christmas Trees and vote for your favorite for the People's Choice Award. A big thank you to the individuals, organizations, and businesses that volunteered their time and talents to put together a beautiful display. This free event is open to the public and is sponsored by the Fort Recovery Friends of the Library.
